Shipping:

In stock items are usually shipped within 2 weeks of your order. Shipping & Handling charges will be calculated at checkout & are for Continental U.S.A. only. Orders to the Pacific Northwest States such as California may incur additional shipping charges. If your shipping charge will be higher than stated we will email you for confirmation BEFORE processing your order. All merchandise should be inspected by the consignor upon arrival. The carrier (freight or trucking company) is responsible for the safe delivery of goods. If boxes arrive damaged please refuse the shipment & contact Commercial Seats.





Returns:

We now offer a one year warranty. Please call for details.


No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from Commercial Seats. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (20% restocking fee for Hand painted Collection.) unless the error is ours. If a defect is noticed, it should be reported to Commercial Seats within 10 days of arrival. We will be happy to send you a replacement at no charge.

How to return an item:

  1. Contact Commercial Seats.com customer service department by phone or e-mail to obtain a return number.
  2. Mark the box clearly with return authorization number.
  3. Ship the item back via UPS/DHL or USPS to the address given to you by our representative.

Commercial Seats is not responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse after inspection. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Most 24”counter stools are non- returnable (except for damage) since they are custom cut.

Closeout items are non-returnable.

Items Returned More Than 30 Days After Receipt Will Not Be Refunded.



FAQ's

Q. When can I expect delivery?

A. On a general basis you can expect delivery 10 days from placing your order. However most of our items are imported so if they are out of stock we will let you know and it will take longer than 10 days.

Q. I want a Mahogany colored frame with a yellow vinyl seat, can you do it?

A. We have a large selection of vinyl colors to choose from. You can even send us your own fabric, which we can upholster for you.

Q. How do you ship? Where do you ship? Do you export to the Caribbean?

A. All our orders are shipped by FedEx ground freight. We ship anywhere in the United States. We can also arrange for overseas transportation to the Caribbean Islands. Please call us for shipping charges.

Q. Where are your items manufactured?

A. We carry items from the U.S., Canada, Italy, China and various parts of Europe.
